The Start of My Inner Journey

I and my friend Judith (yes she’s a girl) started a conversation concerning inner journey. In the course of our conversation we conclude that the life we live today is just fashioned by what we did yesterday. So in order to live a pleasing and satisfying life one should start to analyze the actions we painted for the day. This is what I call the Inner Journey. To define it more, Inner Journey is a review of your past in order to make sense of your present to really live a purposeful future.

By doing my own instrospection, I realize that there are some episodes of my life that I haven’t really learned to let go which I thought I already have. Although some happy memories are ingrained in my soul, splattered moments of hurts and frustrations are also ever present. My resolution then is to go back to that memory lane, face my ghost squarely and close those episodes. The experience may be painful to me but I must endure it for my own good. I also am aware that by writing my journey here I become vulnerable to everyone. But I trust that whoever reads will expand their understanding and extend grace towards me. Somehow, my inner journey will also propel the readers to have their own soul searching or Inner Journey.

In order to organize my posts that speaks of my Inner Journey I will be labeling it with “Morph” filenames. In this way, I can go back easily to the post I want to edit. Just be patient with me.
